loonachic: peeeniscake: giaface: christians show up at chicago pride — to apologize We had signs that said, “I’m sorry that Christians judge you,” “I’m sorry the way churches have treated you,” “I used to be a bible-banging homophobe, sorry.” We wanted to be an alternative Christian voice from the protestors that were there speaking hate into megaphones. This is fucking beautiful. :) I took this photograph and gave it to the world because the world needs more love. I’m glad it blew up! This is so beautiful, and wonderful to see. I wish everyone could swallow their pride and apologize like this, for at least one thing they’ve done wrong in their lives.
